Due to the hygienic nature of wigs, all sales at The Ivory Crown are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on wigs that have been:

Worn or installed

Altered, cut, dyed, or styled

Removed from their original condition or packaging
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photos or videos of the issue
Once assessed, we may offer:

A replacement item, or
-
Store credit of equal value
Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is unavailable and the claim is approved.
